When is my rent due?

On the date specified in the lease.



Do you do a credit check?

Yes on all adults that will be residing in the property. You don't necessarily need great credit but we will be looking for any past evictions.



Do you do a criminal and background check?

Yes



Do you do inspections?

Yes. We randomly do inspections usually once or twice a year.



If I pay my rent late is there a late fee?

Yes. Please see your lease for the amount.
