We are a third generation family business and have been in the same location with the same phone number since 1975.
We provide professional property management in the Largo, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Seminole, Belleair, Belleair Bluffs, Belleair Beach, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, East Lake, Safety Harbor and Indian Rocks Beach areas. (Basically most of central Pinellas County)
Long term rental management:
We currently offer property management for rentals greater than 7 months. Most often we handle annual rentals and renew the lease with the tenant after their year is up or let it automatically revert to a month-to-month rental which is most common.

- We disburse all rent minus any repairs and commission each mo.
